Was thinking about it this morning and I can not understand how foreign policy is an issue that many find to be in disagreement on in regards to Dr. Pauls view. However why does Herman Cain get a pass on foreign policy? The guy has no idea what was going on in libya or how the US was involved. He had no idea that China has nuclear weapons and said he would try to stop them from developing them. Yet nobody questions him on his foreign policy? Having people advise you on the matter isn't policy or position either. Every candidate will have advisers.

If Cain really is an outsider, how does he get this free pass to be clueless on important issues that a commander in chief should be knowledgeable of?

Because the media gave him a pass. People are questioning it now though, as the media no longer say it's racist. I'll show you a recent post from reddit to show how to get around it..

Two weeks ago my mom said she could never vote for Ron Paul. I just heard her say to a friend "to tell you the truth, I think Ron Paul is our guy."

Here are the arguments that she responded to the most. She's a moderate member of the religious right.

-For someone with a "bad" foreign policy, isn't it odd that Ron Paul received more donations from the military than all the other GOP candidates combined? [1] source (http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/9044-ron-paul-campaign-receive-most-military-donations)

-Even if you don't agree with his foreign policy, can't you agree that we've went too far in the other direction, and it's time to scale back?

-Ron Paul has been preaching limited government and individual liberty for his entire career. He actually believes this - he's not just jumping on the bandwagon to get elected.

He's really catching on I'm telling ya.

but to be honest, Cain got a pass because he didn't know anything and thats how the establishment likes it. that way he just listens to the "specialist" and does what is told. Ron gets blasted because he threatens the racket they have had going on for 50+ years now.

I had my mom come around recently from the CBS debate. She said that while he didn't speak much she thought it made a lot of sense when he said we should go to congress declare war and go in win it and be over with it.

Then i also think about how many christians are for supporting israel from the part in the bible that says to be good to israel or whatever. Did he say this before or after they killed Jesus? I just find it kind of anti-christian to believe that God want's you to protect and promote the jewish faith, when according to Christianity that faith is wrong as they do not accept Jesus as their savior?

Lately I've been hearing a lot of less than stellar comments on Herman Cain in the press, so I think they are coming around. His fall in many polls is also reflecting a growing understanding of just how bad of a candidate he is.

This morning Glenn Beck (no, I'm not a fan of his, just seeing what the enemy is saying) was saying that there were two candidates that he really thought had integrity. A hint: Ron Paul was not one of the people he listed. Instead, Santorum & Bachmann. I'm thinking the media may planning a new attack on Paul just before the Iowa caucus?

Question is, when is Noot gonna get rolled?

What an easy question to answer. The reason why he gets a pass is precisely because he's clueless and the status quo knows they'll be able to mold his decisions if elected. Ron is the direct opposite, his mind is made up and the status quo doesn't like what he believes. See? Simple.

It is a problem. For those who don't know anything about foreign policy. It's our job to change that.

My standard response to foreign policy questions is this:

Isolationism is how we deal with N.Korea, Syria and Iran.
Interventionism is how we deal with Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Non-Interventionism is how we deal with Russia and China.
