Did a search on Ebay for them and these came up. These are for new accounts without a coupon already. Target the ads specifically to Ron Paul supporters.

Can you give a set of instructions after purchase, not too bright on this. Does that mean we have to create a new facebook account to advertise?

After you create an ad, you will want to to click Funding Sources and then Enter Coupon Code.
