Is it just me?
I thought Ron killed it.

x2 Ron Paul did awesome! The moderator really let him answer a lot of questions. Its SOOOO funny how Perry and Cain are saying what Ron Paul has been saying for years. Almost quoting him.

Saying it is one thing... following through is another. Newt already proved that he will not follow through with his 1994 "Contract With America." Wouldn't it be good if Perry & Cain meant it, too.

Personally, I thought the other two things that came out were better, which is why I moved them to the front page. People who would watch this are more likely to be strict government control of morals types, I thought, other than us, of course, who watch Ron anywhere.

Maybe not for the audience, but in general this is a great video to market to potential RP supporters.

I think "maybe not for the audience" is the key thing here. It took place in Iowa. Does anyone else feel like this is an attempt to push Ron down in Iowa, now that he has a good chance of winning the Iowa Caucus? Frank Luntz is an interesting choice for the moderator, too.

It's been said more than once, but Paul really could have answered the last question so much better if he ended on the Christian Just War theory, and not suddenly loop into economics. That went completely over the audience.

No worries, nobody but the die-hards actually saw it since it wasn't televised, and tomorrow night's televised debate on CNN will be back to distractions, obfuscations, and dramatics. I unfortunately anticipate some "gotcha" questions, but see a great deal of time focused on Huntsman and Romney, the 2 guys that missed the last debate (not sure if it matters or not, but aren't both of the mormon faith?).

I agree with the OP. This was a big night for us. Absolutely vintage Dr. Paul.
