I'm interested in learning more about Austrian economics, but economics is one of those subjects that can just be painfully boring to some of us. Can anyone recommend any good books on it that are enjoyable to read?

Economics for Real People (http://www.mises.org/books/econforrealpeople.pdf) - excellent overview/introduction
Man, Economy, and State (http://www.mises.org/rothbard/mes.asp) - Comprehensive treatise, long, but thorough. Written as an "introduction". Step by step. Assumes no prior knowledge. EXCELLENT!!
Note: Economics does not have to painful, or require a university degree in mathematics! Austrian economics is bears little resemblance to the econ taught in schools. You may be surprised how "easy" it is.

Economics in one Lesson by Henry Hazlitt is a good introduction to free-markets.

Start with some of the links in my signature, and then start with anything by Mises, Hayek, et al. Mises.org has an Austrian economics study guide on their site.
FEE.org has a good selection of stuff as well. CEI and Cato too.

No cash required! :D The Mises Institute (http://www.mises.org) as TONS of literature for FREE! I'm not talking articles, but full length BOOKS! Everything from very easy intro stuff, to the hardcore academic literature. Have fun. Take your time though and start with the basics!

perhaps controversial here but this is definitely one of my favorites and not very long:
A Theory of Socialism and Capitalism (http://www.mises.org/etexts/SocCap.pdf) by Hans-Hermann Hoppe. Brilliant!! :D
I consider my blog to be a good resource. If you understand The Compound Interest Paradox, you're ahead of most economists. Ask me directly on my blog or via E-Mail if you have questions about The Compound Interest Paradox.
