After hearing him chanting it over and over today I'm wondering if there may be a psychological problem behind this disorder.

Blitzer worked for AIPAC early in his career, then decided he could have a bigger impact by becoming an objective, unbiased journalist. That's his role in the corrupt system.

The current manifestation of his role is to subtly marginalize the largest threat the corrupt system has ever seen: Ron Paul.

Imagine if he qualified all the candidates:

"Hillary Clinton, a redistributionist Democrat"

"Rudy Giuliani, an authoritarian Republican"

Perhaps he's trying to make excuses for why he hasn't been covering him. "Oh, I thought he was a (L)ibertarian, we don't cover (L)ibertarians on the news"

Granted, he's appeared to be fairly unbiased and he's never really bothered me, even if he was an AIPAC (ick) lobbyist.

I don't think he INTENDS to be biased. I think he's just trying to be up-to-date and thus mentions RP as a libertarian since it's true and I guess of interest to the MSM.

Well he reports the news, he doesn't decide what is going to be covered. That's the producers job.

Please note that I don't necessarily dislike Wolf, and I think he has been pretty fair to Ron Paul. I just think it's funny that he always has to throw the libertarian disclaimer out there in every single news piece.
