Since when is it 200k or bust? The whole point was that it could be sent in batches of 30,000. Additionally, I've argued this ad nauseum in the the thread I linked, but I belive you have a significantly better chance of someone watching a DVD they receive in the mail then them actually reading the brochure. Remember this isn't a normal campaign -- we aren't just bringing positions up to people, we're combating the MSM and you need something on that level to get through. If you convince 5 or 10,000 voters in Iowa with the DVD then we can win by a landslide, since they are the passionate involved people who can and will make the case to their friends and neighbors.

Word in the other thread is that they are working together to ensure there is no overlap. Personally I consider that hearsay at this point so take it with a grain of salt.
