the problem with the 'transition' language is that the elderly tend to think that just means it will just be a few years before the ax falls on them at which point they will be older and even more dependent, despite having paid in all their lives. Ron needs to explain better that his transition is young people who haven't yet paid in being treated differently, not those too old to change gears.
