Hello fellow liberty lovers. I am a long time forum member here and professional lurker. We have deleted my former account and are going with this one so people know what is up!

I decided that the best way I could further our movement and fight for freedom and liberty was to put my name on the ballot. So I did. I am seeking the Republican nomination for State Rep. district 92 in the great state of Texas.

I am running against a 16 year incumbent who I would describe as a moderate at best. We will slowly release more details of our issues with him as the campaign goes on. His name is Todd Smith and he is a trial lawyer.

He has run basically unopposed every year except for 2010. He had a challenger named Jeff Cason who made huge inroads exposing Todd for his lack of conservative votes. Cason lost 41% to 59%.

It now appears myself and Todd will go head to head when we vote on March 6th. We are excited about our chances and see a clear path to victory.

I will use this thread to update you all on the goings on of the campaign. The initial website is up. Full version to be released the 25th of November. Good luck. Signed up for your newsletter. I worked in the Texas Capitol for a semester as a legislative aide and I saw first hand the BS that's in Austin. No one down there stands for any principles, besides David Simpson. I suggest you try building a coalition with him, he seems genuinely concerned about our liberties.

He donated to Ron Paul in 2011 and if Gage and RPH vouch for him, I'm sure he's a liberty candidate.
