The sad thing is that 999 had to be made simple so Cain could con, I mean sell it to the people, but he doesn't even understand it all. At the national press club he had to get that Lowerie guy to explain some of it. After his Libya "pause" I can see why he always touts 999 as being simple. I just wonder what happens to social security/medicaid and such under 999, does Cain get rid of it altogether? I haven't looked too deeply into 999, cause it's a stupid plan and will be a huge blow to the middle class and the poor.
