I was so shocked when I heard it that I had to pick my jaw up from the floor!!

It starts at the 4:40 mark. It's the clip named Gov. Christie's 2012 Warning Part 2 :D

I'm not shocked. I think Sean genuinely likes Rand and it has softened him up on the old man.

I'm not sure why this is a big deal? It's almost insulting to say basically "I'd even vote for Ron Paul over Obama"

It wasn't good, but it's a start. Hannity knows Ron is doing well and is hedging his bets.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. An insult rather than an endorsement.

Thats not really a compliment. If Hannity endorsed Obama, his career would be over.

Ya, I thought it was an insult AND I, picturing it in my mind, do NOT see Romney beating Obama in a debate at all. The only one who could do it slam dunk is Ron and I do not see why this Coulter person who seems so intelligent could be so dumb.

I don't think its so much an insult as it is an admission that Hannity would bend on some of his deeply held beliefs to beat Obama. I mean, killing Muslims is a deeply deeply held belief among many conservatives. If they can bend on that to get Obama out of office...man that would be great.

This statement hurts us. He's implying that it's a stretch to vote for Ron over Obama, even for a conservative like himself.

When I posted this I didn't intend to make it sound as if Hannity was endorsing Dr. Paul or anything. I was just shock to hear those words come off his tongue and out his mouth on the air.

I think Hannity isn't sure about Ron, and we have to meet him half way. If he isn't sincere, what have we lost? Being polite doesn't hurt. I do it all the time.

His buddy Levin implied Obama would be preferable to Paul. He said "all our candidates are better than Obama. Well, except for Ron Paul."

His buddy Levin implied Obama would be preferable to Paul. He said "all our candidates are better than Obama. Well, except for Ron Paul."

So Hannity clearly disagrees.

This is what we wanted, right?

I think so too. As Ron rises in the polls, look for Hannity to be more friendly. This was the first time I've seen him admit he would vote for Ron though.

I'm polite too. Being able to politely discuss your views with others who don't share them is something a lot of our supporters need to learn though.

at 2:55 Hannity: "a poll out of Iowa has you second with 19%"
He Blatantly lied about Newt being 2nd with 19%.
We all know that should be Dr.Paul

Dunno why you guys continue to pine over this guy.

He was telling the truth. He was not referring to the Bloomberg Poll. He was referring to The Polling Company, where Cain had 20, Romney 14, Gingrich 19, and Paul 10.

I think Hannity can live with Rons domestic policies

I actually never thought he would say it. This is the first step towards acceptance. We need the talking heads to actually say the words, "I will vote for Ron Paul." This is akin to your big brother pinning you down as a kid and screaming, "SAY IT" at you.

This is why we win, the GOP status-quo will support Ron Paul, we will not support the GOP status-quo.

That's not a surprise. All the talking heads in the neo-con world would vote for Ron if he won the nomination, and they would be promoting him like crazy. That's why if Ron won the nomination, he can't lose to Obama. Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, O'Reilly, Savage and Boortz...not to mention the lesser know shills for the GOP would greatly sway and convince the other candidate's supporters to vote for Ron. BUT they will never be able to convince the Ron Paul supporters to vote for any one else.

Eh, it's backhanded but I'll take it. Shows the GOP establishment will get in line for Ron Paul if it comes down to it since they're way too partisan to support another Obama term.

Bingo! In fact, it IS insulting to say it that way. Heck, I'd vote for Jeffrey Dahmer over Obama...

Nonsense. Hannity is just (barely) smart enough to know that he can't play the 'you don't want him if he's not team player enough to support another nominee' card if he himself isn't team player enough to support nominee Ron Paul.

Propaganda is a two-edged sword and Hannity is trying not to cut himself with it. That's all.

Hannity has been open to Paul lately. Paul should be scheduled on his show after these recent poll numbers. If he only goes on Freedom Watch and shows whose viewership has pretty much got the message, hes limiting our expansion

No they wouldn't.

If Paul wins the nomination, there's going to be a centrist independent along the lines of Bloomberg and Lieberman who will be a big factor and well-funded, and most of those clowns will back whomever that is over Paul.

If I'm wrong about that, then many of them would back Obama over Paul. I'm not convinced that Hannity isn't one of those who would. It's easy to say he'd support RP when he thinks he'll never have to.

I don't think hes a closet Paul guy, but I also don't think a journalist has to support a candidate to give them some coverage.

People get way too excited over a positive mention of Paul here. Hannity was universally hated, now he's 'respected'? Same with that one time that Santorum said that he respects Paul's opinions on foreign policy, suddenly everyone 'kind of respected' the guy.

Limbaugh will reluctantly support Paul, Hannity will too, Beck too, Levin DEFINITELY won't. He'll probably kill himself.
