For those who listen to Howard Stern radio, my husband reports that Ron Paul was a big topic on the Bubba the Love Sponge show. Short recap - the host says the younger generation needs to make themselves aware of how important he is to us; that he stands for everything we all should support. He had Tucker Carlson on the show, and Tucker said he's the best candidate out there, but he doesn't think he has a chance. Tucker said "I love Ron Paul" at least twice.

Oh, and Bubba mentioned wanting to post an on-air Ron Paul fundraiser.

Bubba was a huge radio personality in tampa on 93.3 the POWER PIG and 98 ROCK. Until he had a guy slaughter a pig for a barbeque live on air. The PETA people went ape and got him arrested. He was never convicted but then all the other stuff that he did (no panties thursday, Lesbian friday and other "offensive" stuff) got him tossed off the air. Now the 93.3 is the lamest station and 98 rock has never gotten back its ratings.

I listen to bubba once in awhile, I just caught the spot from 11/13 where he was talking to Tucker (which he does every tuesday). Bubba said he loves Ron and would really like to have him as a phone in guest at least.
Campaign, if you are listening, MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
I know alot of people don't like the idea of 'controversial' media, but let's face it, we should take all that we can get. And isn't accepting peoples choices as Free Americans what this whole thing is about?

I always felt that the trucker community could be a big boost to the movement. Well, trucker listen to Bubba, they LOVE Bubba, and Bubba loves them. His theme song is "full trucker effect"!

So, I say, let's check our fear of controversy, let's not lament the lost bible votes, let's just get the word out there in whatever venue possible.
I think reaching out to the Stern/Bubba shows would be a fantastic idea, the campaign just has to have the courage to let it happen.

Awesome bro! So few people remember to mention AJ when discussing centralized banking.

"You are like a den of vipers and I will route you out - every one!" Andrew Jackson speaking of bankers.

Did you listen to him back in the day when he did the "yo yo yo Bubba the Love Sponge is the only Homie with a 9" bologna, SAY IT" intro. A comlete hack, but funny as hell.

Jefferson and Jackson, those are MY guys.
The banking cartel and the havoc they create is at the very heart of many of our problems. It is also the cornerstone of restoring the Republic.

But econimics is BORING right?
Maybe micro is (accounting), but macro is more fasciating than I could have ever imagined. I am a technical professional, my eduation is in science, I found mises and the gold community about two years ago and it is incredibly interesting once you get into it.

We all really need to understand a little about world macroeconomics, you don't have to be Mozart, but to be able to hum a few bars helps.

Say IT! lol ol bubba the love sponge. I grew up in the tampa market and this guy was such a huge deal for the power pig / 93.3. Not surprised that people who have been knocked down by the establishment are behind Doctor Paul.

BTLS was definitely knocked down, even though he probably deserved it, some of his free speech expressions hurt my sensibilities pretty bad :(

Bubba can pull in the hip/hop vote cause he has a huge hip/hop crowd following him.

Can you ask him about what time into the show this discussion took place? I think the show is about 4 hrs long. I'd like to acquire the show and toob it.

Thanks.

Howard briefly talked about the Presidential Race today, he seems to be supporting Hillary...but added he doesn't really look at the candidates until the final two are chosen. Fred Norris, his sound effects guy, said he wouldn't vote for a republican, so I don't think they're really informed about all the candidates...Just the front runners.

The 16th would be good, but the show probably does not air until Monday. That might be a god day to cap off the teaparty.

Yup, he thinks he's a libertarian but he definitely doesn't know what the meaning of the word is. He's never been very informed about politics. Maybe we can educate him though.

Howard is a faux-libertarian just like Bill Maher. He is a socialist.

I dont think he is a socialist at all, he is capitalist par excellence IMO.
He is quite ignorant politically though, I'll give you that.
I think the angle to take with him would be respecting the constitution.
You cant pick and choose which articles you like (free speech) and dont like, it's an all or nothing proposition, barring an amendment of course.

Howard owns guns, and has supported candidates from both major parties in the past. Libertarian just means one who loves liberty, and Howard certainly loves liberty. He is not a politicl commentator a la Maher, so if he has a collectivist tint to what he says it is simply ignorance, not leftist propoganda.
