How many people who contributed yesterday can vote?

Not everyone who can donate, can vote.

For example, foreign nationals who are permanent residents can donate, but not vote. Same is the case for people under 18 (but over 16)

Just curious as to what percentage who contributed yesterday does NOT translate to votes ?
