They use a broad metric for selecting "primary voters," but there is no doubting the trend.

If true, this poll is a bit disconcerting. We need to dislodge Newt.

Why does Romney get to automatically be one of the final contenders? His support doesn't seem real to me and he's really not good looking.

There is some kind of gaming going on in PPP, and this I wish I knew what it was, but this is disgusting. 29 points different on favorability between the two polls.

What are you talking about? Paul is in 5th place! He's not in third anymore like he used to be. Hell, even Bachmann is tied with him. This is utterly ridiculous. It makes me so angry that we have to sit here and take this bullshit about Ron Paul somehow losing over half his support despite stellar debate performances and great ads. What the hell is going on? He rose in the polls all the way throught 2007/2008, and yet he is somehow moving BACKWARD now? I don't believe this shit for a second. They are doing everything in their power to deliberately smother us and keep us down, and it is working. I can't fucking take this.

I just want to say that the "Real Newt Gingrich" video viewership has increased nearly ten fold in the past week. This is the most detailed video out there that exposes Gingrich. I highly suggest everyone promote this video as much as possible and get the views increased. Tweet it, post it and send it, whatever. Just get it viral.

Do you think that is high or low? In a typical city election, that may be too high. In a presidential campaign, that may be a bit low. I have looked at the numbers but it doesn't jump out as a shocking amount.

We expected a Newt bubble. It's not going to be as long as the Cain or Perry bubble. Expect the msm stories on Newt in the 90's to start appearing in about a week.

As usual,

Older than 65 - 2% (2%)

What's with those old people?

I don't actually believe Romney is #3, neither is Paul at 5%.

I don't believe PPP for a second.

They started lying about Ron Paul in the Maine.

18-29 Ron Paul
9% Favorable
82% Unfavorable
9% Don't Know

I say THAT'S BULLSHIT, and PPP IS LYING

Paul says I wouldn't cut health-care for the elderly, he would tied those people over, but eventually you would transition the program....basically Ron position is to end entitlements...maybe not right now but overall that is he philosophical position. I doubt the elderly would support that idea period. Ron has been horrible in reaching the seniors...and as I said, you need seniors to win a GOP nomination, so...

Not believing the polls got us nowhere last time.

They probably skew them a few points by targeting one demographic over another. But they are not massively off. Maybe 2 points off IMO.

Don't worry it'll all leak out slowly over the new few weeks. Newt's past is not containable.

Even if this is true, they will never be caught for it. They will keep on lying, and people will keep on seeing their polls and believing them. They don't have to be right, they just have to have an impact on the perception of the electorate. Fudged numbers can still do that.

That's hilarious. 82% unfavorable with 18-29? It's official - this poll is bullshit.
