Good article. 2012 is going to be a very interesting presidential race indeed. A lot of people are tired of the bailouts, wars, and crony capitalism.

I think that the campaign could really use this sort of a stance.

"RP won't run 3rd party but a lot of other people will... RP is the only nominee who could stop them and beat Obama"

It's from the JBS so all is believable. The paper/mag isn't as good as it once was. Sorry but it sux via 3rd party biz

I like the sentiment, but unfortunately disagree.

If Paul got the GOP nomination, that wouldn't lessen a third party threat, it would almost guarantee that there would be a well-funded centrist third party candidate who would be a huge factor in the race and syphon off a lot of the anti-Paul Republican votes.
