I am guessing that it probably would not allow people to vote twice. Most polls register IP addresses from previous voters and let them know that they have already voted. I own a website with a poll and that is how mine works anyway.

Now if you quote a "broken" link, you must also edit out the "url" tags in the quoted text, and untick the "Automatically parse links in text" box as well.

That's right. This one will not let you vote twice. If you revisit the page you will only see the "results" data and not the poll.
