I notice the ticker's already running on RP's Veterans' Day donation page.

I'm pretty sure it's the pledge counter.

Got an email saying "donate NOW"...I think strategy being to bump up the morning total to excite rather than waiting for midnight. Which makes sense.

265k looks suspiciously like the amount raised since the end of BTO, just sayin. :)

He's gotten over 25k today so far, got around 25k yesterday. Average before that tended to be just 10-15k a day. We haven't been pulling in very much money, but we've already gotten a little increase lately and hopefully we'll do well tomorrow. Seems people are saving for it since the average daily donation is so low. We need to pull in more supporters. So much tougher when the media is against you. We really need to crack into the top tier so it's harder for them to ignore us.

Expectations are not high on this one. From my own little world I had 4 Dems donating last time, none will be this time. It was there first of the season, and I had many more in 2007 for both biggies but I guess this one didn't tickle them. I think when the marketing is more underground and edgy it pulls more fringe supporters in.

I'm going for 4 additional donors by the end and I'm donating the most I have so far or damn close.
I'll be doubling my daily calls for the campaign tomorrow night too.
