Rick Perry misinformed?

Rick Perry's "oops" stump speech this morning, that I have watched 4 times on different networks,
has him saying that he is " the only republican candidate who will balance the budget by 2012".
Doesn't Ron Paul's plan balance the budget in 3 years?

He's fully aware of Ron's plan, just like Bachmann is fully aware that Ron was the lone voice opposing raising the debt limit long before she decided that she was.

Ron should have stopped Perry at his 2nd thing he would cut and gone "What's your point? I'm cutting 5 departments and I'm balancing my budget by 2015, I'm beating your plan in all areas. So, what point are you trying to make?" That would have been epic
