Did Bachmann say Obama takes orders from Axelrod?

Did I hear Bachmann right in debate tonight that current POTUS Obama takes orders from Axelrod?

I don't doubt that Obama is a puppet and does what his puppet masters tell him to do but I really would have thought his puppet masters would look far more sleazy and scary than the guy sitting beside Obama in this photo:

That would be General Axelrod. And yeah..them plump, pink squishy guys are usually the biggest dirtballs. Didn't get laid when they were young and they spend the rest of their life getting back at the world for their rejection.
