He supported a health insurance mandate proposed by the heritage foundation.

(Interestingly I tried googeling for more info using the phrase "Newt Gingrich heritage foundation mandate" and RPF had a top ranking search result. I'm guessing this thread will be the top result for it once it's indexed.)

does that mean people are linking to that RPF thread?

They kept the conversation going on the phone, often talking late into the night. Although he was still married to his first wife, Jackie Battley, Gingrich told Marianne they were in counseling and talking about divorce. That summer, she went to Washington to visit him, and soon afterward he introduced her to his mother and stepfather. "They were thrilled because they hadn't wanted Newt to marry [Jackie]. I think his stepdad wanted to be able to say, 'Look, we always knew this wasn't going to work.' "

At first, she had no idea that the wife he was divorcing was actually his high school geometry teacher, or that he went to the hospital to present her with divorce terms while she was recovering from uterine cancer and then fought the case so hard, Jackie had to get a court order just to pay her utility bills. Gingrich told her the story a little at a time, trusting her with things that nobody else knew — to this day, for example, the official story is that he started dating Jackie when he was eighteen and she was twenty-five. But he was really just sixteen, she says.

I believe the video with Newt and Pelosi is his biggest mistake. Even Newt says it was his biggest mistake.

Dr. Paul is correct in that United Nations Agenda 21 and the "climate change" agenda is being used to push global government.
There needs to be more light on the question: Why would Newt push global government? Educate the public of exactly WHY this
ad was more than a mistake -- it's an indication of Newt's philosophy of global government!

The "woman thing" and Newt has been pushed so much that no one listens much anymore.

Newt RESIGNED --- remember how Sarah Palin was slaughtered when she resigned? Might get some traction there. He's a quitter, can't resign Presidency, etc.

I've used this quote all over You Tube (think it was taken from Huffington Post)
If you want DIRT on a Republican -- Huffington Post is a good bet! LOL

"Newt was forced to return a $4.5 million book advance after the House Ethics Committee questioned its appropriateness.
The following year, the committee found that he had inappropriately used tax-exempt donations to fund a college course he taught from 1993-1995.
In 1997, he was forced to pay a $300,000 fine for his actions, and was barely reelected as speaker of the House.
Gingrich stepped down from his position and resigned from the House in 1999."

I saw Newt siding with Cain during their single debate when Cain just sat there and agreed with Newt. Fans yelled Cain/Newt for president, because they knew Newt had experience and Cain doesn't. Cain has spent a TON of time speaking to the Tea Party and they endorse him strongly. Newt was trying to cash in on that support (and maybe also the support of Koch brothers).

The Tea Party has two things they worry about with Dr. Paul: "I stand with Israel" and "foreign policy"
They are scared to death by the media of "terrorists" and think is Israel falls, so will the USA (some use the Bible to say we must stand with Israel).
Some are so ill-informed they think Dr. Paul is a liberal.

We must cash in on Tea Party support.

I've been using the following video to try and get the Tea Party to look at Dr. Paul. I've posted it in the primary states "tea party" on YouTube, blogs etc.
Maybe it can be a basis of "bridging the gap" It would also help is the Paul campaign actually used the words "I stand with Israel" when explaining foreign policy.

Can the Tea Party and Libertarians unite for 2012?
Sarah Palin, Ron Paul, Rand Paul talk with Judge Andrew Napolitano

I think they can!

I'm a Tea Party person, Christian that supports Ron Paul!

What convinced me to turn from Rep. to Dr. Paul was learning about Agenda 21 and global government. Light bulbs went off why Bush II didn't close border and Obama didn't close border. I was sick of constant war. Agenda 21 made everything clear for me. We have to make it clear to as many people as possible without being labeled "conspiracy nuts" as some have already used to label Dr. Paul.

One more thing, What is being done to approach that group "Democrats Against Agenda 21" ?? They would be conservatives if it weren't for their stance on pro-choice and gay marriage. Maybe something can be done with that group?

Another though I haven't dared say anywhere: Herman Cain is stupid
Since Cain/Newt have chosen to team up as Dumb/Shrewd -- maybe go after them at the same time! One puch, two victims kinda thing.
