View Full Version : Chris Matthews' support for Ron Paul in an interview was awesome.

Chris was interviewed by some woman on MSNBC and Chris Matthews gave an awesome supporting mini-speech on why people donated $4.3 million. He said Ron Paul was the only sane one in the GOP; that Republican supporters want a traditional Goldwater conservative; understand that the Iraq War was a disaster and want out of it. He also stated that the other Republicans were blindly following the President.

This isn't a big deal, anyone with a brain can understand why Ron Paul is popular. You guys are just lowering your standards as to what is good media coverage. Dr. Paul should be getting whole segments between commercials about his support.

MSNBC is turning out to be pretty fair to us. Me likes. ABC isn't doing to shabby either.

I think it's too bad that we have gotten lazy about posting the TV mentions on youtube. I remember when every single mention, no matter how short, was put on youtube. Now Ron Paul is getting more mentions, so some of you may argue that it doesnt matter if we let one slip here and there, but i disagree. The internet is our main weapon in this campaign, and videos like "Stop Dreaming" and "Ron Paul - A New Hope" rely on a broad array of video material. If stuff never gets posted, it never gets in the videos.

They first have to get a full interview with Ron Paul himself. Which might be hard right now but I bet a few are coming.

Actually it is very bugged and misses a lot of new videos. Look at the number of videos. When you search by date the number goes way down.

It's just for those impatient, overly demanding, ungrateful people who are always demanding "Youtube or it didn't happen!"

I'm just telling them "it didn't happen", stop whining, stop complaining, do something constructive and go on with your lives (and maybe actually go do something to help Ron Paul). =)

I think we may have missed one. How could this happen. Nothing slips through our web, until now. The media has launched a frontal assault on us, not putting RP on at the end of the segments as usual, and throwing us curve balls. A swing and a miss here. We must stay nimble.

Someone should start a poll for the best clip of the day, and the best network for coverage. I'm too exhausted to do it myself.

I guess not all videos get youtube'd.

Lesson learned:

1) Pestering over and over and over and over for other people to "YOUTUBE!!" does not work
2) Buy your own TV and rely on yourself, rather than relying on others. Ron Paul would so agree. =)
