So, when claims of racism fell on their face, Herman moved on to claiming that he is a victim of the left-wing media (after first accusing Rick Perry's campaign of digging up dirt).

The truth is that Herman Cain is a Koch brothers experiment to see how big of a joke they can get nominated as a GOP candidate. Cain complains that the media have covered his numerous gaffes, missteps and overall poor campaigning. And yet Cain is nothing but a media creation, just as Rick Perry's initial popularity was a media creation (both shown to be completely incapable as president as soon as they had the opportunity to speak).

Seriously, with Cain we have an ex-Federal Reserve chairman and a lobbyist – yet all we hear about is his "business experience" with Godfather's Pizza. Cain is as much an establishment candidate as Rick Perry or Mitt Romney. I expect when Herman's campaign implodes, the next establishment alternative to Mitt Romney will be Newt Gingrich.

People should wake up and look at the one candidate the media dismisses as "unelectable." Since when do we let the media "1 percent" decide for the rest of us who is electable or not? Oh, it has been happening for some time now, decades. The media determine who the nominees will be for both parties, and that is precisely why we are stuck in the status quo and will remain stuck in the status quo until we tell the media to take a flying leap, do our own research and decide for ourselves who may or may not be electable.

And yes, there is only one candidate that has been deemed unelectable by all the media – and amazingly, it is neither Rick Santorum nor Jon Huntsman with their 1-2 percent national polling. If you haven't guessed, it is Ron Paul who, despite a VERY close second place in the Iowa straw poll and steady 9-12 percent national polling, has been deemed unelectable and who even Jon Stewart on Comedy Central noted has become "the 13th floor of politics."

As usual, we will get exactly what we deserve this election, whether that be another term of Barack Obama, or Herman "Mc"Cain, or Mitt Romney. Because not enough will unplug and spend a few hours doing some actual research – or, like Joe Farah, are unwilling to relinquish endless war in the Middle East, regardless of whether it is going to bankrupt us or not.

The Koch brothers are laughing.

Not the best letter I have had published, but I thought it wasn't bad.
