For some people who are there, yes it absolutely is. But that is not to say that I think that is the sole purpose of the movement as a whole. It seems that the general sentiment of people there is anti bank. Some include anti Fed in that sentiment, some do not. It also seems to vary depending on location. My experience: attended the Occupy Chicago/Occupy the Fed rally on October 8th, and also stumbled upon a local occupy movement that I did not know was happening, but came across it because it was being held at the same intersection where the anti-war protests used to be held but stopped immediately after Obama was elected which is where we planned to do the sign wave. I've posted a thread on my experience about the Chicago rally already here. The local rally was pretty much focused on being anti bank bailout and anti fed. There were already a few kids there (it's a college town) holding End the Fed signs and most of the signs were pro-freedom. There were 2 (out of about 50) openly communist protestors and two people representing the green party. Two people I spoke with voted for Obama in 08; one is voting for Ron Paul this go around. There were other Paul supporters there that took a bunch of brochures from me that I purchased form ronpaulproducts.com (forum member) to pass out in school. Long story short, yes I am sure there are plenty of people in different areas who's main goal is to get Obama re-elected, but in my personal experience, that hasn't been the sentiment at all. Two rallies attended, and one Obama t-shirt was seen. Much more anti-Obama signs and anti-government signs than pro. Just my experience though.

Oh Yeah,, That POLL that someone was calling a "study".
Yes it is just a poll,, But there were parts of it that they neglected to mention.

The poll by Fordham's Center for Electoral Politics and Democracy released last week found that the Occupy Wall Street movement is 68% white, 61% male and 28% unemployed. But most of the protestors are college graduates and 22% hold advanced degrees.

It also found that only 25% of the protestors identify with the Democratic Party, while 21% want Rep Ron Paul (R-Texas) to become the Republican Party nominee for president.

In the interest of fairness and balance.
