Why don't we have it? Do we have jury nullification instead? I was reading about how the Swiss have the voters vote on every law that gets passed.
I think we have way too many stupid and unconstitutional laws and one of the reasons for that is voters are not paying attention but they might pay more attention if they were actually voting on laws. Probably a lot less would get passed i think.
Every now and then I look at the bills being presented in congress there are massive amounts of bills before congress it is way too much governing going on.
