#1 producer of renewable fuel and corn is not a positive, it's a negative. Corn subsidies are killing the country, and Iowa don't care. Oppose corn and energy subsidies and you lose Iowa. The mere existence of Iowa is one of the things that's destroying our nation, and Iowa don't care. well I'd give up a meal for about 1 hour to receive free television coverage.. though it is difficult to give up food for 1 hour.

You also bitch about him not having perfect speaking skills.

He had some fans there, maybe he was meeting them elsewhere? Maybe C-SPAN intentionally didn't focus on him? Maybe C-SPAN were focusing on the insider only section?

Don't be so quick to assume he is blacking himself out.

You also bitch about him not having perfect speaking skills.. Anyone who's taken public speaking classes immediately recognizes this handicap and it should be corrected. Command of the english langauge and speaking skills are paramount for politician in communicating a message to a crowd, especially of he's trying to inform the unknowing public.

It's a fault that should be corrected immediately because there's no need for it and distracts from emphasis in the message.

The cameras from C-SPAN did cover the room numerous times... Ron Paul was nowhere to be found. I recorded it and reviewed it. I will be on again for those who missed it at 12 midnight EST 9PM PST on C-SPAN.

Why does Rick keep calling that old lady a master baker? Is he trying to be inappropriately funny?

I was thinking the exact same thing. Like, get it? Sounds like "masterbater"?

Give it a break man. Do YOU know why he didn't smiley-hand-glad-shake? Neither do I. It could have been a number of things. Prior engagement or family.

Ron has a command of the language, what are you talking about? He has never been the sharpest speaker. So what? The other candidates have entire speeches prepared for them, or they just revert to talking points. Ron speaks truth, he speaks about what is important, he speaks with substance. He has a grasp of the issues that no one else does.

Romney sweats like a motherfucker while bouncing all over the place
Perry either sounds like a coke head or a sedated fool
Bachmann and Cain repeat the same few lines over and over like they are speaking to a 6-year-old

What do they all have in common? They have all been a "frontrunner" at one point.

Bush was the President dammit.

Does he need to slow down? Yes. Do you have to bitch about it every time he gives a speech or speaks at a debate? No.
