Is it just me or does RCP seem in the tank for the status quo?

It just seems that every time we hit good coverage or take a milestone that rcp hits a flatline followed by a PPP or Rasmussen low showing compaired to other polls after several days. Can you imagine what the graph would look like for say perry if wasnt for the flatlines?

RCP seems to have an "algorithm" / policy of what versions of polls to include and when to drop them out from their rolling average and what is the minimum number of polls to include to get an average.

I never found a case where Ron Paul was treated differently than other candidates.
