Well, I know that Leno does write a lot of his own stuff... my guess is that a lot of them are members of the writer's guild themselves. Of course, there may be a few who are just incapable of being funny without good writers.

Then they talked about how he set the one day record for republicans in this election cycle, and now is 3rd behind hillary and obama as far as fundraising records. They talked a little about guy fawkes but also mentioned he was the model for the protaganist in V for Vendetta.

That last little bit actually made it sound really good.
