Anyway, these people are hopelessly clueless. How can I comment on there? I can't figure it out. Anyone familiar with the CNN website?

It looks like they may be closed. Some of these move your comment down so fast as others come in, it is not worth much. Obviously, he is keeping the loans, but trying to solve the problem of indenturing our students as he can, if he can, within his term. His three year plan still funds student loans.
