Shannon Travis wrote up about Ron Paul's speech and how people left after he finished talking. But he estimates almost 1000 people in the audience!

One of ours did. He appears to be with his dad. Must have made him stay :). I would have stayed too, when we all go storming out after our guy is finished, it doesn't look so great.

But then again.. He did tie with Perry for non-Iowans, with 16% of the vote.. How that happened, I do not know..

Yea, it is a bit rude to leave immediately after, Ron Paul supporters have class too.

At the lobster bake in NH, most of us stayed and we applauded when any of the other candidates or their proxies said something that agreed with Ron's platform. Of course the food, and the waiting line to donate to the money bomb on Maresco's laptop may have had something to do with that. But the atmosphere was definitely cordial and it was all the more impressive when we won the straw poll. We have to start thinking about where the supporters of the other candidates are going to go when they drop out.
