Edit: The Telegraph has posted the video of the interview (and the audio works fine!)

http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/primary/nh2012/ron-paul

Here's a story about the setup of the interview at a Nashua high school:
http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/news/937277-196/schools-paper-team-to-air-candidate-sessions.html

In addition to the Webcasts and public TV system telecasts, the student producers are planning to make the sessions available to their classmates, airing them on the high schools’ television system.

When it broadcasts live, you can watch the video stream or follow the transcript:
http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/primary/nh2012/ron-paul

That same page should let you submit questions before the event starts 10/28 11am ET.

He did ok with the breakfast in nashua this morning

There were ~100 people there and most were not supporters but local business owners (event hosted by Nash chamber of commerce )

I handed out a bum load of DVDs to people walking out

F'in amateurs! No wonder only 30+ viewers.

Are they this desperate to silence the message of freedom and liberty or just a pack of dimwits?:D

Maybe we can just pretend that whatever he's saying is about following the constitution :D

Lame.

There is a chat if you push for the larger view. I mentioned no sound. But you can't see the questions there....

Ron looks relaxed and confident. Not waving his arms.

Now the video is offline too. Maybe they'll fix it in time for Huntsman on Monday

The interview should be 1 hour long. Hopefully it's offline to fix the audio issue.

30 minutes in and nothing to see or hear. I thought it was strange they didn't have the stream going until the second it started.

No I'm reading the transcript that's being updated periodically under the window where the stream should be. Transcript appears to be incomplete but it's getting the gist of RP's answers (or at least I hope it is).

Yes, it's true. We are Ron Paul junkies. What other supporters would sit here watching their candidate with no sound, no picture and just an occasional partial typed update? Anything for just a taste of liberty and truth!

It's pretty lame that they invite a Presidential candidate on only to have technical issues the entire time.

They should have this stuff worked out long in advance.

Must have been a typo. I just looked and it says "China is not about to arm themselves...."

Wow. The audio was on for Ron Paul's response to the PolitiFact question talking about how his franchise taxes have gone up, etc. All the transcript says: "A: My taxes have gone up in Texas. "

The transcript was lame. It would summarize his answers removing all the arguments.

I alerted them to this typo and the one about the overseas militarism costing $4 trillion (originally said billion).

Dear Sir:

I find it unacceptable for an online event for a Presidential candidate to have severe audio problems. This was a complete failure on your team's part and inexcusable as errors like this should not occur in a professionally run news organization. Some of us could not attend in person and rely on a live streaming source to get their news and to evaluate candidates. I hope that the Telegraph will consider placing a working link prominently of the event replay to give others a chance to see what we missed on the live stream and issue an apology to the Ron Paul campaign and those viewers affected.

Guys, let's not be the 'horrid rabid Ron Paul people'. If anyone emails them it might be nice to just say we understand technical difficulties can happen to anyone, but with Pew showing Ron had the least debate time of all candidates when he was polling nationally in 3rd place, and the Minnesota edu study showing Ron Paul had the least mainstream media coverage of all GOP candidates even during the period when he was polling in third place nationally, we are sure they can understand why we are concerned that an important interview has no sound and hope the video on their site will have the full sound. If that is impossible due to technical difficulties, Ron might be willing to do it again.
