Rick Perry, who earlier this week called his participation in recent presidential debates a "mistake," plans to limit his participation in upcoming forums heading into the heat of the primary season.

The Texas governor and 2012 hopeful will participate in a CNBC debate scheduled for Nov. 9 in Michigan, but a top aide told CNN's John King his boss may not commit to many more face-offs after that.

He knows every time he debates, his polling decreases. At least now he can stabilize his polling. Low risk/Low reward strategy. He is likely planning something big. In the interim, guess who will now get more face-time in the debates? This is a big opportunity for Ron to make an impact.

hahah perry is done for... Gingrich scares me I feel like he will creep up and be hard to stop.. he doesn't need money or a campaign to win the early states, just look at Cain. The Cain train is about to derail though, IMO
