They always have him lower than he actually is. They also push Cain. Not bad.

9% isn't bad from Fox News, which has often had him at 5% when other pollsters have had him in double digits.

If Newt really is gaining it sure is funny that everybody is getting their day in the sun. I'm much more interested in early primary state polls, and we're doing just fine in those.

We already know we're polling around this nationally, early primary states are what matter.

Exactly right. They had him at 6% last time and he has never been higher than 7% in other Fox News polls. This means we are going up nationally.
Always compare polling company poll to polling company poll.

Ron polls 12 13 14 % in some polls, 5% in CBS.... it is very dependent on their polling methodology. He isn't polling at 9%, one of the methodologies is simply inaccurate.

When is this Cain thing going to end? I don't get it at all. The rest is predictable.

Yeah, we're up three points from the last one. Regardless, Iowa is still far more important than anything else.

It's not. He's popular. He's already done every stupid thing a politician can do which doesn't involve a prostitute and noone seems to care. It's scary. I didn't think I'd be this worried about him a couple months ago.

But you have to admit that Newt is an amazing debater and speaker. With there being so many debates, that really helps Newt.

This poll is good for Ron, since Fox News usually has him around 5-7%. This shows that Ron is actually moving up a little bit.

National polls mean absolutely nothing in terms of winning.

Nobody is challenging Newt. The second they do, all hell will break loose on him. Perry is an obvious joke and he will continue to fall. I thought the same about Cain, but is seems people are clinging to the idea of him. What comforts me about this poll is that the top tier's margin between the candidates continues to shrink.
If this trend continues:
- Romney will stay the same
- Cain will stay the same
- Newt will fall if anyone has the balls to call him out on his record
- Perry continues to fall, despite the fact that Fox News won't let it go
- Ron is slowly creeping into the top tier

FU FRANK!
I think Cain will fall give another couple of weeks.
9% is average for RP, but 5th place sucks. Fox will likely just announce the top 4 on their shows.

GOP primary voters, guys.
If you factor in independents, that 9% may turn into 11% or 12%.

I noticed they had two graphs on the Brett Bare (whatever his name is) show tonight.
Right at 6 when they announced this poll, it showed the top four candidates in a graphic
A half hour later, on the same show mind you, they showed the same results but this time with Ron Paul on the graphic.....because they were introducing Ron Paul.
They made TWO graphics for the same show, just so they could avoid showing Ron's name in the earlier portion of the show.
Fox "News" ladies and gentlemen.

The last Fox news polls a month ago had him at 6%, so he's gone up 3% in a month!.

If you look at Fox's crosstabs we are at 26% with those under 35 and 4-5% with older than 35 with Republican only voters. Fox doesn't include Indy's. Also, they always seem to skew the sample to the +35 age range which hurts our numbers. That's what you're seeing. If it's an equal sampling across age groups we're at 11-12% not 9% for what it's worth.
