Funny, everyone else's plans consist of changes to taxes, not spending. If this poll was on a page with a Ron Paul headline, he would likely be ahead. We can catch up in no time.

From the loving comments:

Ron Paul’s plan would work best, but he is insane and unelectable.

Remember what Ed (http://hotair.com/archives/2011/10/20/the-paul-plan-lots-of-zeros-little-explanation/) said about Ron's plan:

In fact, there is almost no explanation for this plan whatsoever ... Paul doesn’t even bother to supply transitional funding for these agencies or any of their subsidiary responsibilities. They just disappear. It’s simply not a serious plan at all. Not only does it have no chance of passing any Congress in its current form, there isn’t enough intellectual support for any of its components to pass, either. The whole plan feels like something cooked up over a dinner with a few budget reports and a red pen, in a desperate attempt to stay relevant in this presidential contest. It’s as unserious as an Occupy Wall Street protest ... Had Paul been truly creative, he would have worked through the obvious implications of his cuts and provided a rational path for their success. Instead, Paul simply proposes cuts on a spreadsheet and then washes his hands of the consequences. That’s vintage Paul, but it’s certainly not leadership.

Of course, Newt, Rick, and Cain plan all talk about cutting spending, but they provide NO explanation of how they're going to cut spending. They throw out guesstimates of "balance budget by 2020," provide NO explanation at all, but Ed praises their plans. But Ron's plan isn't serious, doesn't have any explanation at all. All the hatred/blind bias/lies toward RP from BOTH sides of the aisle only confirms how right and principled he is. I can't believe I used to believe that neocon drivel. It's so sad.

The article is supposedly about Newt's plan so it's probably attracting Newt-o-philes. That's the only explanation I can think of.
