Gingrich 16%? =(

maybe it's a good thing Nevada got pushed back.

The poll only surveyed registered republicans though. Registered dems and independents can vote in the Nevada caucus right?

Only 6% of those surveyed were ages 18-34. 40% are 65+.

Last time getting around 10% was still enough to take over the convention entirely although I'm not sure what's going on with the rules now.

lol taking over the convention did us no good last time. I have a feeling that no matter what Paul does in that state they are gonna find a way to stop him.

Yes, the delegates will be KEY!

Also, I think McCain was at 6% nationally before his meteoric rise in the media a week before super tuesday.

All we need is enough delegates to form a quorum. Then they cannot stage a walkout like last time.

Actually, McCain was at double digits nationally by September, 20% by Jan 9th, 30% a week later, 43% by Super Tuesday.

It is ONLY GOP not GOP leaning independents, not Dems planning to switch and caucus GOP..... Ron dominates with independents and it really matters to his poll numbers if they are counted Having said that, I'm glad the date was moved back, too.

Ron was also double digits nationally in september, and still is, depending on the poll.
