He wants them to be 3 hours? If Perry goes, he'd better bring a cot, he can barely last in the 2 hour debates.

This would be the perfect forum for Ron

It's a great idea that has Hannity tumescent over. To bad he'd like it between two STATISTS!

Is anyone invited other than Gingrich and Cain? It sounds like the bookseller is simply passing the torch to the Speaker, because the bookseller is more interested in a television career than a Presidency; and the Speaker wants exclusive rights to the bookseller's support.
Or is this an L-D Debate for all 10 candidates, since Gingrich said many times that Johnson and Roemer should be invited into the debates?

The way I read it, only Cain and Ginrich responded to the request for the debate...Could you imagine Perry at a 3 hour debate?

Why doesn't Ron do this? Just like in 07 when he ignored CNN's request to debate Huckaby man to man on foreign policy...Jeez!

It says on the wikipedia, none of the others besides Gingrich and Cain were invited.
Can this be confirmed?

The Tea Party Patriots PAC have extended an invitation to Perry's camp but "We have not gotten an answer back," Turner said. "We would love to set something up like this for Gov. Romney and Gov. Perry."
This is being sponsored by the Woodlands (Texas) Tea Party Patriots PAC. I think this would be a good format for Ron as will the town hall he's doing on the third. Just bring in a camera crew to the town hall and distribute footage to the web and media :D

So after denying ties to Americans for Prosperity, Cain participates in a two person debate moderated by somebody from Americans for Prosperity?
