Romney v Paul.

Cain is over, pretty much. We just have to try to get Ron to be the 'next up' for examination instead of global warming Gingrich or Santorum. Ron's economic plan is his best ticket to establishment news.

One would think that cain is over - but the irrational republican voters appear to be leaving other candidates and sending all of their support to Cain. Why else is he winning or finishing second in all these straw polls?

Santorum and Huntsman beat her..? It would be quite amusing if she really did not get a single vote.

I find it distorted how we have to win straw polls, so that other candidates do not get a media bump, like Cain.. Did any of this happen in '08?

The media ignored most of these straw polls in 08 because they are meaningless. They probably would have ignored them this year - but Paul won the major ones, so then they decided to ignore those and pay attention to the couple meaningless ones that other candidates happened to win.

We must be cautious with this win, if it does happen to reach MSM.

Noticed some comments in other threads reflecting the same sentiment that I have been thinking: they are sending the candidates they don't truly want in office through a spin cycle. Essentially creating booms and busts as someone cleverly stated.
