I have a proposition for you all.....
I don't know if it's my imagination, but it seems like I've been noticing a lot less being posted about Ron Paul on this forum lately. It also seems like a lot of what is posted is more about the negative aspects of the perception of Ron Paul's campaign by others in the media.
Today, I actually did a search simply using the term "Ron Paul" just to see what would come up. Of course, the number one listing was an out of proportion, deceptive, out of context piece of media spin. Not all listings were this way though....I did find a few honest representations of Dr. Paul's platform.
I think that we have the numbers and strength to change some of this.
This is my Proposition for you:
Everything comes back to money, and a lot money is made on the internet through web traffic. People want you to come to their website and will do whatever it takes to get you there. Why don't we all try to make an effort each time we visit the forum to find a positive article, blog, or anything else that actually promotes Ron Paul's platform? Post that article and the link so that we actually travel to the site and encourage more of the same type of material to be produced?
I've found such an article. It's excellent. I want to share it with you. I also want to encourage the site that produced it, so I'm only posting half of the article (blog maybe?) so that others will travel to the site in order to see the rest. I want to encourage others to do the same and to mark their post so that we know what our intention is. I'm going to put a "+" in front of my Title to indicate that this is a positive article that we should give some traffic to.
In theory, if all Ron Paul supporters actually gave good sites a lot of traffic, the site would be encouraged to produce more material and the search ranking would go up as well.
This may be a stupid idea, but at least it's an idea. Maybe this will inspire someone to have a better idea that will promote Ron Paul. If you do this, please remember to include the original link!

"Ron Paul's got it just about right" by Joseph Farah
Rep. Ron Paul has offered up one of the boldest plans for returning the nation to constitutionally limited government I have seen in my lifetime.
It's better even than what Ronald Reagan proposed in the 1980s.
Paul notes correctly that the U.S. government is spending in excess of $1 trillion more than the revenues it takes in from income taxes, gasoline taxes, Social Security taxes, tariffs, fees, interest and every other source.
Paul's solution is simple. Instead of borrowing more and more to keep up with government growth, cut spending to keep up with revenues.
Many have suggested it's a radical idea – extremist, irresponsible. They say it will result in Americans dying in the streets. They paint all kinds of dire imagery – people starving, children begging. You get the picture. .....
