On Saturday, the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition will hear from six Republican Presidential candidates at its Presidential Candidate Forum in Des Moines. Speakers include former Godfathers Pizza CEO Herman Cain, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Reps. Paul and Michele Bachmann (R-MN) as well as former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA).

2008 was about the problem, the message really needs to shift to solutions for 2012 - ie pragmatic things like how he will create jobs etc. It's a small shift he needs to make, but it will tip the balance if accomplished.

Appeared the only reason he left the moment he did was when people started with the questions, in particular the one regarding what sounded to be about abortion or woman's rights over their own body. Sucks for those still in line just wanting to shake his hand and say thanks.

I'm sure he did, but it doesn't mean he wouldn't stretch them sometimes if he could. But in Iowa with a 'forum' tomorrow and other events, he might have had meetings with staff at night.

exactly. this is for real now, some are still treating it like it's a game. If he comes in 2nd place overall, you'll have to live with it, I tried to get a serious focus. But Jesse again shows his immaturity here, his blame games with the media make a bad situation worse. He needs to stop both.

He put out a specific plan to balance the budget in 3 years, lower taxes, fund social security and medicare for those dependent while allowing the young to opt out.

That is a heck of a lot more solution than Reagan, whom I liked a lot, gave us.
