For those that don't know, the plan is to distribute 20,000 of these brochures starting with the events below.

Are the spelling and grammatical errors fixed yet? If so, I'll happily donate.

Another bump.....

It's important that all grammar and spelling errors are eradicated before going to print. You can't underestimate how undermining one simple spelling mistake/typo can be to an otherwise proffesional and thought-provoking message.

I'll happily donate some money to this chip-in once all errors have been ironed out the brochure.

This isn't a moan or grumble, it's great work and superb. Just don't let a few slips let all your hard work down.

This rocks and I am excited about this project. Bookmarking for a chip-in donation tomorrow.

Eric....has anybody checked to see how much it would cost to insert them into the major newspapers in New Hampshire, Iowa, etc? Might be a good distribution option. If I read this correctly on the Concord Monitor rate sheet, it would cost less than 6 cent per brochure ($57.00 per 1000) to insert them into the Concord Monitor for example. If that's the case, I would pay for the 1st 1000 inserts myself :-)

That's a great idea. I will have to look into the exact cost of doing inserts.

**Urgent**

Sorry guys, but I didn't add the Paypal fees into the total so when I went to order the brochures I was short $40.00. I would transfer the funds from my bank account but that would take several business days to clear. I'd like to have these by Nov 5th and distribute at St. Cloud and Fargo events. Approx 4000 people should attend.

You mentioned also possibly passing out Support Them Now flyers. How much more would you need to do that?

Are the brochures done? I thought they were still being proof-read?

Actually, for the Support Them Now cards you could get 5000 for around $140 through Vista Print. And that includes rush delivery of less than 3 business days, in time for the two events in Fargo and St. Cloud.

They would be business card size though, so I'd probably have to cut down on the text on the back.

I never printed anything from Kinkos before so I can't estimate that. I will call in the morning. Btw how big are those fliers you made? 4X6 hopefully?

I haven't seen anything by Justin Wood either, usually he has something awesome to handout or print off in pdf form.

They are done and posted on another thread what they look like with the additional edits/fixes. Orders go out this week with 2-3 day shipping.

Brochure Chipin is complete and I sent off the order.

I looked on the Kinkos website and it seemed pretty expensive. That's why I looked at Vista Print to see what they would cost.

And I can make them pretty much any size you need them to be.
