Va primary

I want to vote for Ron Paul in the Va primary. From what I can gather...in Va you don't have to be a registered republican to participate. But I see posts saying we need to influence or become deleagates.... what does this mean? If in Va anyone can participate?

I live in Yorktown, Virginia and I was under the impression that you don't have to register Republican to vote in the primaries here as well but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Call/ go to your Board of Elections. In Maryland, I had to re-register as a Republican to vote in the republican primary. I went there in person filled out a paper and bam it was done.

They are open primaries in Minnesota as well. Just show up.
