It sounds like Schiff thinks 9-9-9 is better than the current system. I understand his preference of a consumption tax over income, but this does BOTH and you have no idea what will happen as soon as Cain leaves office... Well, actually you do.

Schiff should be endorsing SPENDING cuts, because that's the biggest tax on the American economy (well, other than printing, that's even worse).
