During Rand's campaign, he pushed for 2 particular ideas which had "70%" approval from Dems, Repubs, and independents.

One was "Read the Bills" where Congress would have to wait 1 day per every 20 pages of a particular bill before passing it. So a 100 pg bill could not be passed for 5 days after its introduction

The second was a requirement for each bill to cite where such an action was authorized in the Constitution.

1.) Has Rand tried to introduce these bills but it has been shot down?

2.) Does Rand plan to wait till the GOP has a majority in the Senate?

I really hope we see these bill introduced. Even if they are not passed, it'd be great to use this against those who voted against it

Imagine how small the type would get if they passed that first one!
