MONEY Baby!

Lot's of money for the Police State, agencies, judicial system, kickbacks, FEMA, DHS, DEA, ATF, State Drug Enforcement Agencies... keep the state apparatus running full bore.

Since Obama is the biggest political whore in Washington DC... nothing like keeping complete control and funding his re-election campaign.
