Often times Ron Paul money bomb threads will be marked as spam on other websites (Digg.com for example). To avoid that:

1. Include information that people don't already know. At least two sourced links would be great.

2. Include words of wisdom that people may not have considered. At least a few words of wisdom would be great!

So,
An take an information you didn't know approach:
"Ron Paul captures 2% of media attention despite having about 10% of the vote!"
Source: http://www.journalism.org/analysis_report/cr?prc-headline

Then mix in "words of wisdom":
"We the people are now awakening to the circus of the mainstream media, and will show them that due the internet, they will now be a dinosaur of the past!"
-Anonymous

To add up to a powerful approach to promotion. Of course you can research other facts as well and include your own words of wisdom. You can also throw a curve ball in the headline and not mention Ron Paul except in the post itself.

3. Never directly ask people to donate! That will be looked at as spam. So rather report on that like you think a reporter may report on it.

See http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread765889/pg1 for an example of a thread that promotes the BTO event nicely. It isn't perfect because it doesn't include words of wisdom, but its a decent example at least because it includes a large volume of facts.

Important: If you are campaigning for Paul or just convincing your friends to support him to NEVER GET TRAPPED IN ARGUMENT! Always think positive, be positive, and zero in on points of agreement only. Using that simple strategy will get you everywhere in every persuasive speaking that you do about Ron Paul. There are so many great facts about Paul its tough to know where to start, but try to keep your favorite points in mind and match those points to those of the person or audience you are speaking with.
