A short trip through the websites of all the major news networks produced.... nothing. A story about how Herman Cain isn't PC.
I'll be watching the debate tonight to see if the moderators CONTINUE to ignore our man.

I am so afraid they will try. Ron, if you are listening - this is your chance, to boldly stand up and send a message to the people.

Wow. Wake up already!

If you were a media propaganda machine owned by the status quo, would you promote a guy who can single-handedly destroy your owners? Of course not!

I am 100% confident Ron is going to keep getting ignored NO MATTER WHAT.

Our only chance is to develop our own propaganda and find a way to effectively spread it WITHOUT the MSM propaganda machine.

Here's one from CBS where CATO praises the plan (apparently they helped influence it):
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2011/10/ron-pauls-economic-plan-eliminates-department-of-education-and-5-others/

“I would say it’s an economic growth plan and an avoiding of disaster plan,” said Chris Edwards, the editor of the libertarian Cato Institute’s DownsizingGovernment.org. “I don’t think the government is very good at creating jobs, so I don’t think that should be the focus of federal policy.”

...

Edwards said he and his colleagues at the Cato Institute have “talked a lot” with Paul in the past about ways to cut government spending. He said Paul’s plan to “cut widely across the board” provides a “menu of options” for the next Republican president.

“[Paul's plan] would change the life of a lot of Americans because unfortunately a lot of Americans now get federal subsidies one way or the other,” Edwards said. “What the federal government does is it takes from one hand and gives back with the other hand so… there would be an adjustment with all of these changes.”

That's a blog, not a news story.

Cavuto did probably a five minute spot on it yesterday, as well as mentioning a couple of times that he will be having Ron on today to discuss it.

I agree! We keep putting all of our energy into fighting something that will never come our way! Their job is not to be reasonable and report the news. Their job is to distort, belittle, ignore, and smear Dr. Paul. We have the numbers to go around the media and get the message out to the people. Each one of us can focus on friends and family and if they are already in line then save to dump into money bombs as much as you can. Also running for local offices, bringing up these issues yourself, working with the grassroots in your area to help educate and change minds. This is were the battle is! Sending emails and blasting news reporters will accomplish nothing, in fact it may hurt us! All they will do is just call us nuts and whiny.

He's been listening for 30 or more years. :)

I'm on this board today because of the bold message that he's been sending.
5+ years ago I was a Neocon receiving my political education from the MSM institute.

This is our chance (once again) to boldly stand up and relay the message.

No offense to you Romulus....you're a great guy and I totally understand what you were saying. :)

The Judge AGAIN said last nite, during his Truth moment... he said, the choice is clear and showed about 10 pics of Ron Paul to close out the show.... the truth is out there, but so hard to find.

Nothing on CNN.com and MSNBC.com front pages. And even the ones who cover it put in the usual caveats like this from the Washington Post: "It has to be said that Paul’s budget is mostly a wish-list. In the last Washington Post-ABC News poll, Paul came in at 11 percent, in fourth place. However, as we’ve written, there’s a ceiling on Paul’s intense support."

Yep. the status quo carries on.

I had the volume low on the TV while I was listening to Ron speak and was flipping through news channels to see if anyone was covering it and I SWEAR at one point all of the big 3 was talking about Cain at the same time as Ron was talking...it's so obvious it's sick.

Any chance there will be a good turn out in New York tomorrow at the "Black This Out" Rally? A few thousand people clogging up the sidewalks like OWS would get some coverage, but the Facebook page only has 133 people signed up so far...
