Having an idea that keeps surfacing. I don't think it is unique and I'm wondering if someone is working on this already, cause I think I've seen threads about something similar but no specifics stuck.
The way I'm seeing it is as a sort of checklist or to-do list of actions toward a Paul presidency. I'm thinking a pretty simple list of checkboxes that save with a cookie (if that's how that works).
Stuff like:
- register in your state
- make / download a list / calendar of local party events
- sign up under 'volunteer' link at ronpaul2012.com
- ronpaulvoterbomb.com
- slimjim / doorhanger block / neighborhood
- yard sign / bumpersticker / button / T-shirt
- recruit existing local family / friends for same thing
- email forward
- YouTube thumbs
- Roberts rules / caucus primary rules
there would be many more suggestions I guess, maybe contests/prizes.
I regret that life allows no personal time to help much more than this, but I could cruise through a good checklist over time.
I think many of the stickied threads would be good links/resources for something like this.
Is it too centralized an idea to try to choose how important each is and put them in order? Runoff voting? randomized?
hope someone could / will do it if it's a good idea. or hope any idea here that might be new reaches those who already are.
