Will late Pacific donations count?

I expect that there are some on the West coast who will not have put in their donations by 9pm. Will these count towards our total?

There really are no real rules.

I had originally suggested we go by the time zone people live in. But someone decided it to make it Eastern Time Zone.

Anyway, I expect the donating to rise even after 24 hours are up. The campaign is overflowing with money. Just look at the graph, it seems the campaign can only process certain amount at once.
