You should ask DailyPaul how he did his, he didn't actually change the word R0n Pau1 he made the black out hover over so it wont kill seo. Go to dailypaul and highlight the words r0n pau1 and you will see what I mean.

Maybe have a javascript snippet find and replace all instances of R__ or P___ with <span class="black-out">R__</span> and <span class="black-out">P___</span> and have .black-out { background: black; } in ur stylesheet?
