I cannot find the video, but I did make a screenshot of an article in which Cain makes the remarks. Unfortunately, I do not know which speech or article it was.
Were the remarks scrubbed from You Tube?

I bring this up because he clearly lied about making the remarks at the last debate and needs to be exposed.

It's supposedly in his book on page 154. But that screenshot isn't enough proof... need to see some of the book as well.

You'd think it'd surface quickly... but perhaps no one wants to boost his book numbers by buying even one book :P
