What a great day! despite getting sunburnt and probably now needing to start a new niche RP group, sunburned victims for Ron Paul. Also getting some of the typical 'unelectable', he'll never make it, they won't let him win...

Positivity overwhelmingly outweighed the negative people.

We got a bunch of closet Ron Paul supporters and leaners to look more into and discuss Ron today and a page of pledges to vote for him. Tons of honks, cheers, and support from local liberty lovers. Also guess what? some democrats thinking about switching when they previously absolutely did NOT want to switch. :eek:

This week was a great first experiment and we're planning to launch next week with LOTS of local Los Angeles supporters, tabling at Occupy LA

There are so many people out there that really believe in what RP is doing, agrees with everything or nearly everything he says but won't make the vote because they think he won't win.

We need a way to get over this hump...it is seriously keeping us from moving on with more support.

For living in such a liberal state, we didn't get nearly as many bad looks as I thought we were going to get.



p.s. since the location we were at today is heavy tourist spot, RP got tons of fans from across the world that we talked to today germany, australia, canada, france, etc...!!!

The Netherlands here and I'm not the only one. 4 years ago I was the only one promoting RP on the forums in my country. But now I don't feel the need to do that anymore, because there are many others doing so already. I see his international support growing, year by year. We also want to trade instead of fight wars.
