I calculated the itemized Q3 donations per state per Electoral vote.

Here are Ron Paul's top 10 states:

$13,189 -- Texas
$12,574 -- New Hampshire
$12,435 -- Nevada
$10,162 -- Florida
$9,005 -- Arizona
$8,978 -- California
$8,779 -- Colorado
$8,557 -- Washington
$8,555 -- Oregon
$7,891 -- Virginia

And his bottom 10 states:

$2,070 -- South Dakota
$2,258 -- District of Columbia
$2,446 -- Vermont
$2,808 -- Delaware
$3,059 -- Nebraska
$3,257 -- West Virginia
$3,324 -- North Dakota
$3,657 -- Arkansas
$3,849 -- Rhode Island
$4,179 -- Wisconsin

It's a good sign to see Florida in the top 10, and New Hampshire and Nevada so high.
Not surprisingly, the District of Criminals is not a bastion of Ron Paul support!

I take it IOWA is somewhere in the middle.

I take it IOWA is somewhere in the middle.

Iowa was 12th at $7,817 (just behind Montana at 11)
South Carolina was 41st at $4,271

It might be more relevant (or at least also interesting) to look at RP Q3 donations as "dollars per GOP delegate" as well.
It comes up with similar, but different-enough results.
Here is the full list. Again, this is how much each state gave adjusted for its size based on Republican delegates, instead of electoral votes. Literally just x=(state's donations)/(state's GOP delegate total).
I made it small so it doesn't take up too much space.

1 Texas $3,233 - 2 Florida $2,977 - 3 California $2,871 - 4 Nevada $2,665 - 5 Washington $2,388 - 6 New York $2,256 - 7 Colorado $2,195
8 New Hampshire $2,187 - 9 Virginia $2,093 - 10 New Jersey $2,078 - 11 Oregon $2,065 - 12 Connecticut $1,821 - 13 Maryland $1,799 - 14 Pennsylvania $1,796
15 Arizona $1,708 - 16 North Carolina $1,685 - 17 Iowa $1,675 - 18 Illinois $1,523 - 19 Massachusetts $1,452 - 20 Ohio $1,390 - 21 Michigan $1,367
22 Minnesota $1,354 - 23 Indiana $1,303 - 24 Hawaii $1,284 - 25 New Mexico $1,160 - 26 Georgia $1,143 - 27 Louisiana $1,109 - 28 Tennessee $1,073
29 Alabama $1,031 - 30 Wisconsin $995 - 31 Idaho $973 - 32 Missouri $968 - Oklahoma $910 - 34 Montana $907 - 35 Utah $899
36 Kentucky $858 - 37 Kansas $812 - 38 Rhode Island $810 - 39 Alaska $804 - 40 Mississippi $780 - 41 South Carolina $769 - 42 Maine $750
43 Wyoming $660 - 44 Arkansas $609 - 45 West Virginia $525 - 46 Delaware $496 - 47 Nebraska $437 - 48 Vermont $432 - 49 District of Columbia $357
